Steve was great! I had a maintenance reminder show up on the dash of my 2022 Honda Pilot after owing it for nearly 9 months and showed up at the service department without an appointment. Steve looked up my vehicle, confirmed what services were needed and got my vehicle into the queue for the 30k service. A couple hours later all services were complete and I drove away happly as a clam.

This is my second experience of working with Alan McKenna. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. He took my request for service and made sure it was done as I asked. He didn’t pressure me in any way. I will always request Alan when I bring my CRV to Right Honda.

When I went to the register to pay, I was assisted by Micah, who informed me that my total would be $135. I immediately questioned why I was being charged that amount. Micah then listed services that were supposedly performed on my vehicle, including a tire rotation.
The issue is that my vehicle has staggered wheels, which means a tire rotation cannot be performed. Honda has never rotated my tires for this exact reason in past visits. When I explained this to Micah, his response was, “I didn’t know that,” which clearly indicates a lack of communication between the service advisor and the service technician regarding the actual work performed on my car.
Because I spoke up, the charge was adjusted. However, had I not questioned it, I would have been incorrectly charged $135 for services that could not have been performed. Even after the adjustment, I was still charged $117, which is higher than the $80–$90 I have consistently been charged for the same maintenance in the past. I have receipts from previous Honda service visits to support this.
Additionally, Micah did not provide me with a multi-point inspection sheet, nor did he review any details of my vehicle or the services performed. I had to call the dealership afterward to request that the inspection sheet be sent to me. This lack of review further contributed to my concern and confusion about what work, if any, was actually completed on my vehicle.
Most concerning is that this experience has left me unsure whether my tires were even touched or properly checked at all. As a result, I now feel the need to take my vehicle elsewhere to ensure that my tires are correctly serviced, which should not be necessary after visiting a Honda dealership.
I was also dissatisfied with Micah’s demeanor during our interaction, as it felt unprofessional and dismissive.

My oil advisor seemed not friendly. Looked annoyed and not happy to be there. After to hours waiting for my car I asked when he thought it might ready. He gave me a look like it was a stupid question and annoyed that o asked.
