My last name was legally changed from Hickey to Miliaris a couple of years ago. I have requested several times to multiple individuals that your system is updated to reflect this. Unfortunately, this issue continues to be ignored by your staff. Inability to address a customer by their correct name seems like a massive disrespect on behalf of your facility.
Went in for a simple oil change, spent almost 2.5 hours. Whatever happened to 30 minute oil changes? Then, was told my van needs $11,900 in repairs. This after I just dumped $7K into various repairs over the last year. This van has been well maintained and has less than $160K miles on it. Whatever happened to the quality of Honda? Or are they trying to scam their customers? Something just doesn’t add up. The van drives without issue and due to it being 2013 is probably only worth $5-6K, like I’m going to dump $12K into a vehicle that’s only worth half that. I’ve always had good experiences here in the past but it seems like they will find any way they can to get your money. Probably won’t be back.

I got bew brakes 3,000 miles ago and on the report, the rear brakes are showing a "6" instead of a "9". I asked Boll about it and he gave me some bs excuses. I want to know why that number was so low for new brakes.

I would have appreciated more updates on the timing for my car to be done. I brought it in for an oil change and 2 1/2 hours later I had to go ask the rep to please complete my service. It was a long and frustrating experience this time for general maintenance service. And I on top of that I had to experience a very odorous sales person trying up sell me. That really pissed me off.
TJ is a top-notch professional. Don't lose him!
The only complaint we had was the electronic response we did after receiving the video and quote did not get sent back the way we intended it.
Ken was very informative, friendly and kept me up to date with what was being done to my car.
