Brought my car in for repairs to be done and the service was good however, paid just shy of $1,000 and a day later and the car is acting the exact same way it was when I brought it in before the repairs paid for were explained to me would fix the issue. I feel I was “sold” a bag a tricks instead of solutions for my current vehicle safety concerns.

We love coming to Right Honda because of Fabian, he is caring and is great at his job.. this is our 2nd Honda Odyssey but I have to say I’m not very satisfied with our 2018 Honda Odyssey because we have a few issues and Honda doesn’t even have a fix for them yet

Andrew has been my service agent since A.J. got promoted. He has given me exceptional service. He is friendly, has super rapport with customers, keeps me well informed on the progress of my car, makes sure that all is completed that I requested (I have never had to take my car back for an incomplete), does an excellent job I’m predicting the time it takes for the service, and has an overall good attitude with this customer.
