I was told the tread on my rear tires were at 0/32, bald tires. I looked at the tires and saw tread. I went to a tire shop and they checked the tread on my rear tires and was told they were at 3/32. Also the back of my driver’s seat was wet when I got in the car to leave. I was kind of grossed out because I thinking was the tech sweating that much? What else could have made the seat wet. I was given a disposable floor mat to use due to how wet the seat was. I will have to get the upholstery cleaned now just in case it was sweat that made the seat wet.
Service rep was great. Did not like being approached by sales. Sitting in waiting room when I was approached. Took me to sales area for the hard sell. In the future I will advise service that I don’t want to be contacted by a sales person.
Fabian and Brent were helpful beyond expectations. So much so I bought the used car they inspected and am currently sitting in the dealership getting repairs and maintenance done on it! Great knowledge on their part.
John took care of a problem that I could not get rid of. And he worked on it until it was working right. I really appreciated his help.

We have been customers of right Honda since we purchased a CRV in 2013. Every time I need service or just an answer to a question I contact Scott Ford. He has always treated us with great respect and has gone above and beyond to take care of us. We purchased another CRV in 2017. And the primary reason we returned to right Honda was because of the excellent service dept. I can always count on Scott if I have any problems with my Honda.
