Your service department is the best I’ve experienced to date. I’ve been to several dealership and small mechanic shops before and I’ve not seen the same level of efficiency and professionalism as I’ve seen during my time at Right Honda. I will definitely keep coming back for service and buying Honda vehicles!

The reason for my visit was because in January, when coming to the dealership for a factory recall on an airbag my dashboard was cracked in the reinstallation so I had to come back in order for it to be reinstalled. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not get in before July. Due to no notes being in the system and the apart apparently no longer being available, I had to come in to have them take a look at my dashboard. I am I'm dissatisfied by the fact that they took an hour and 15 minutes to completely look over my car finding every little thing wrong with it instead of just looking at the dashboard which is all I want a dealership to do. add that to the fact that there was a Salesman making his rounds in the customer waiting area, it was just a generally unpleasant and annoying experience. Part was not in stock even though I informed Honda about issue One week in advanced. Honda care is a rip-off I wish I didn’t buy it and want credit for unused balance.
