Daniel D Estrella was really helpful and friendly. He helped me last time when I was there. I moved to Gilbert, and took my car to autonation Honda and didn’t like there service. I drove 53 minutes to get my car service with Right Honda and get assistance from Daniel. Thank you Daniel for what you do. Really appreciate it.

Service Associate diagnosed and fixed the issue quite quickly. The issue reoccured when I took the delivery of the vehicle , and associate immidiately acknowledged the problem and put me on very next appointment. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

Tim has been really good. Tells me what is going on with the vehicle, what needs to be be fixed right away and what needs fixing soon. This gives me a chance to plan out my expenses. Here is an example of one of the incidents at the dealership regarding my Insight: There was a recall/ software update for the charging system, and my car had a battery charge related error code.one of Tim's colleagues wanted me to pay for diagnostics and ignored me when I mentioned the software update that fixes the charging and the error code may be related to that, and that I will pay for the diagnostics if it is not related. He would not listen at all till Tim stepped in, understood what's going on and took care of the update which fixed the charge error code.
Alan M. did a fantastic job. I also would like to mention Miguel for taking me to work and picking me up. I wrote a 5 star review in Google.
