The service dept was fine, but the salesperson that approached me and told me that my car was going to start breaking down because it had nearly 100 thousand miles on it and that i could get into a newer car was completely inappropriate and worrisome.

I discussed with Alan regarding oil change and the cost of service. Alan said the oil change is included and there will not be any additional charge. I went to pick up the car on friday and the cashier was closed around 6:15pm. I came to pick up the car on Saturday and saw the bill and wanted to understand the labor charges. I also found out that the oil change wasn’t done. If you check the history of service for my Honda Pilot you will see that I bring this car to your dealership for many years and I felt that not only the labor charges were very high but what was promised as part of the service wasn’t deleivered. They didn’t gave me the car clen the water wash was not good and all the dirt appears with dots and requested once again but they tried to bluf me just putting water on particular mud dots I have shown

First of all when when a mistake is made you’d think you would do anything within your power to satisfy your client. I am definitely not satisfied with how this entire situation was handled. If my car was towed to your dealership because of an overnight on your end I expect to be called by the person who I was dealing with, No instead I get a call from an associate by the name of Bill to ask why my car was there? That really annoyed me. This call occurred something during 7am. Finally around 9ish I was contacted by person who’d I been working with the previous day letting me know my car was finally being checked out by a technician. The only reason he had called was because he had a vm of mine that I had left him. Lennon’s customer service was not bad, Howe it wasn’t exceptional. He and I had agreed that I’d try to give him an address to where I’d want my car towed, then I get a call from Gaston who asked what time I’d be picking up my vehicle so he’d have it washed and with a full tank of gas. Definitely not complaining about this however I’m so disappointed with the lack of communication or as I call ownership of my situation. I never again received a call from Lennon to find out if I had an address to where my vehicle could have been towed. I normally don’t complain, I usually go out of my way to recognize wonderful customer service when I see it however I am so disappointed with how you as a company failed me as a consumer and I got just “okay” customer service. I am really thinking of giving Right Honda a not so good google review. Lastly, I emailed Lennon the receipt for the my vehicle’s towing services and never got an acknowledgment it was received on his end. Wasn’t told a check would be ready for me. This is another thing that bothered me, if Rigt Honda was going to pay for these service and we had a clear understanding of that there was no concern about giving payment to them directly. The tow driver wanted payment from me so I had to pay him. I feel this too was left for me to handle. I’m really hoping my tire pressure sensor that was not talked about has been taken care of too.
