Had to involve my salesman and leasing person who sold me the upgraded Sentinel lease package. Had a defective tire on the front drivers side, no fault of mine. The service tech, Lennon Fregien, was insisting that I would have to pay the difference between the cost of the defective tire that came on the car and a $45 mounting fee as well. My understanding when I bought the upgraded lease at the time of purchase on June 10th was that the tires were covered for the entire lease. Considering this a defective tire it should have been covered. But Ed my leasing person and Mario my salesman, took care of everything and made it “Right”!
Waited 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire balance and rotation for a schedule service at 9:30 a.m. Servicer was very appathetic to how much longer the service time would be after 1 1/2 hours, and said “they would call me when it’s ready”. A different Servicer checked me out and discounted the service due to how long it took, which was about the only pleasant thing about the visit.

I have recently been to your service department twice in the past couple months. I have to say it has been an excellent experience. You have earned my future business your service department. Some big samples of buying experience as is then having the coupon when I didn’t and using it to save me a little money and not trying to upsell me all the time the first time I KMan I swear it was the only time in my life I’ve been to a service department where they said everything looks great.
