Daniel was very friendly and wished me a good day at work while my car was being worked on. I wasn’t expecting to have more maintenance on my car beyond an oil change but he was able to explain what needed to be done on my car and was able to give me an estimate cost that was very close to what I had to pay.

Fabian is an excellent person, he always attend me excellent and explained if my Minivan need something. I have an excellent experience with he, always ask for him. That’s the reason I’m preferred go to right Honda than another place. My minivan is 2007 and is perfect, Thank You.

I brought my brand new vehicle in because CarPlay was malfunctioning and was told they were unsure what the fix was but told me to update my phone and unpair it from the car on my own. I did both, neither fixed the issue and I reported that back to my service advisor in a voice mail. To this day I never heard back from him- not as a return call to the message I left nor as promised to tell me what the next steps would be on Honda’s end. Very frustrating experience.
