Daniel was very polite, respectful and came out to greet me in a timely manner. That is not what I an used to coming to this location for over 10 years. Long waits to even be acknowledged, smarts **** remarks, harassed by sales department. No I Do Not want to sell my car to you, please don't ask me again! Hire more people like him. No ego, straight forward, friendly.
Tim always provides excellent service, I have had my vehicles serviced at Right HONDA for over 15 years and Tim is the reason I have kept coming back. Tim has always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot with the idea of using Tim Hatcher as the point person for all my car services.

I just wanted to thank you, in writing, to let you know that I could not be happier with my time at Right Honda! For the record when I say thank you I really mean a ringing chorus of appreciation! YOU, Mr. Lennon were fantastic, thank you for attending to my car within a short time frame of my arrival. When I purchased my Honda, my first Non-American built car, I decided that only Honda hands were going to be working on my car. (I have gotten fed up with cars that fall apart!) I have taken my car to two other dealerships that have made me wait to the point you either need to honk, pray or leave.
Your attention to detail was amazing. Thank you for bringing up coupons and price first thing, I felt like I was getting value and like I was talking to a true professional! Thank you. You and Right Honda really inspired me with confidence! When I left, I could almost sing! I felt appreciated, taken care of and best of all I was driving a happy car! I was in and out in NO time! I have never had such a short wait time for an oil change! There is no other dealership to visit in Arizona. Daniel is very friendly, polite and hardworking. I like working with him because he explains and sometimes shows me what needs to be done and why.
He prepares a maintenance plan detailing what needs to be done and when, so the customer can plan ahead and budget.
I think Daniel is very smart and knowledgeable about his job. I know he will always do his best to get the job done to satisfy his customers.
