Tim was my service rep. He was awesome, really kind and helped to get my problem fixed. Usually feel like service reps try to either hurry me out or to update somhong but he did neither, really impressed how quick and fast he worked to help keep my work schedule intact. He offered a ride or shuttle to my next meeting.
