Waited for almost 10 minutes in a line of incoming customers and finally got out of my car to ask lady in front of me if any employee had come out yet for check-in. Answer was no and we finally had to ask a tech scurrying past if someone would be coming. Few minutes later a few showed up.
Scott took good care of me and went over and above to service my vehicle.
Although I had an appointment I had to seek out an employee to check my car in. Also I had received a call about needing a tire rotation but when I paid for the oil change I apparently didn’t need a tire rotation

Oil change was not done correctly. Service manager Andy was very helpful in getting us a loaner for a trip due to damage to our car and repairing the damage. I guess some of the service techs need to be a little more careful.
