TJ WAS GREAT. SO POLITE AND HELPFUL. HES rated a 10. But the service time (7 HOURS) sitting in the waiting room was VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2 1/2 hours and was informed of additional suggested work which unexpectedly took another 4 FOUR hours!!! Arrival 9:30 left 4:30. Does anyone want to spend that kind of time at a dealership just waiting for results! (Not to mention And the added expense of Labor) I hope management contacts me! TJ was very kind and understanding but there’s no excuse for this inconvenience especially since I’ve recommend your dealership to so many people!!!
Alex Gallegos did a wonderful job explaining everything that was done in my car and the recommendations. He was very thorough, patient, and I felt he went the extra mile to explain and help me understand Honda care. Thank you Alex!
No issue with Jeremy - just a general dissatisfaction with a simple oil change taking 2+ hours when I had an appointment.
Kelsey was great. She warned me when I came in that it was a busy day & it would take a while. Her timing was right on & that included extra stuff that needed to get done

Alignment was not fully fixed - right front tire still cambered showing -0.9°.
Also brakes make sound when car is in reverse and coming to a stop.
Service Advisor however was 10/10 with the help and taking care of my car during service!

My last name was legally changed from Hickey to Miliaris a couple of years ago. I have requested several times to multiple individuals that your system is updated to reflect this. Unfortunately, this issue continues to be ignored by your staff. Inability to address a customer by their correct name seems like a massive disrespect on behalf of your facility.
Went in for a simple oil change, spent almost 2.5 hours. Whatever happened to 30 minute oil changes? Then, was told my van needs $11,900 in repairs. This after I just dumped $7K into various repairs over the last year. This van has been well maintained and has less than $160K miles on it. Whatever happened to the quality of Honda? Or are they trying to scam their customers? Something just doesn’t add up. The van drives without issue and due to it being 2013 is probably only worth $5-6K, like I’m going to dump $12K into a vehicle that’s only worth half that. I’ve always had good experiences here in the past but it seems like they will find any way they can to get your money. Probably won’t be back.
