I was satisfied with the service of my car but completely dissatisfied with Tj. He was rude and condescending. I have never been talked down to the way he spoke to me. I will never deal with him again. I shared my dissatisfaction with Tim the service manager.

TJ WAS GREAT. SO POLITE AND HELPFUL. HES rated a 10. But the service time (7 HOURS) sitting in the waiting room was VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2 1/2 hours and was informed of additional suggested work which unexpectedly took another 4 FOUR hours!!! Arrival 9:30 left 4:30. Does anyone want to spend that kind of time at a dealership just waiting for results! (Not to mention And the added expense of Labor) I hope management contacts me! TJ was very kind and understanding but there’s no excuse for this inconvenience especially since I’ve recommend your dealership to so many people!!!
