I would appreciate someone guiding me on what all has been done as part of servicing. For ex. Alan is my advisor today. It would have been good, if he met me while delivering the car and informed me about what all has been done as part of today's servicing.

Although my service writer, Dan Organ, was great, you were incredibly understaffed. I also was not told when I called that my part may not be in stock necessitating another trip back. My suggestion would be to give customers better information as well.
