Advisor: Dan Organ was supposed to be my go-to guy BUT he was NOWHERE to be seen on the day/time of my appointment. After 15+ minutes standing by his desk, and after numerous intercom messages for him to respond, another advisor took care of me. Other than that no issues
Dan Organ was so professional, so polite, so accomodating and kept me approsed of every part of the process. He gave me his card, got me in even a few minutes early for my appt and was a delight to work eith. Honestly, I have had excellent service by the service dept and techs each time I have come in . The office staff as well has been so efficient and pleasant.
Alan is always professional. He explains what repairs need to be done.
Afterwards he reviews the completed work answering all my questions.
I believe I can count on a company who keeps good employees for 30 years.
The service was great, however; the panel inside my car was literally hanging from the dash. I tried to secure it myself but it's still loose.
Other than that, the customer service I've received has been incredible, which is why we drive from Goodyear for servicing. Thank you for all you do.
