Andrew was great but when I first pulled in there was nobody to greet new cars on the dribeway. It was probably 5mjnutes before anyone said anything. Meanwhile the “kids” on the service driveway looked and just kept doing other stuff and looked confused.

Daniel was very polite and professional.

My 24 year old daughter brought her CRV in on Saturday to have the alignment checked as she felt that the car was pulling to one side on the highway. As she attempted to explain this to the service rep, his response and attitude made her feel like he thought she was stupid and that she didn’t know what she was talking about. Later after the car was looked at by the technician it was confirmed that she was correct and it needed an alignment. Also, as she was waiting in the dealership lounge for her brother to pick her up, a salesman sat next to her and harassed her and made her feel very uncomfortable by asking personal questions as well as trying to lead her into talks of buying a new car when she showed no interest and she told him that she was just in for service and not interested in buying. He persisted in spite of her attempts to politely say that she was not interested. After she left the dealership she was reduced to tears due to their condescending and aggressive behavior. We will not be doing any future business with Right Honda for service or sales.

Great service

Service was fast.

My car was being checked for an electrical issue. The tech forgot to hook up the alarm. I had to drive back. 31 miles round trip & a lot of wasted time. Still deciding if i am going back to Right Honda to have the repair.I am concerned about their attention to detail.
