I have been coming to Right HONDA for a long time because of Tim Hatcher’s great service.
I had asked for an oil change AND a tire rotation however when I was paying because I was informed the car was ready I realized the tire rotation had not been done. At that time I did not feel like waiting another hour for that to be done so I left. I am not happy about having to make another visit to the service dept to get this taken care of.
