I think that if you check tire pressure you should also check the spare tire without the customer asking you to do that. I was told today that you don’t do that without the customer asking for it done.

Dan was a great help! He let me know what needed to be fixed now, and what could wait. He also was able to give me a quote for everything ‘out the door’, and was within $2 of that quote. I was very impressed with how much he did to help me get my car fixed, including sending me home in a loaner car!

The service has been great. However, I continue to get unsolicited sales calls, like the one while I was waiting to hear back from service today. I've repeatedly asked for this to stop. For the last time, if it does not I will take my business elsewhere.

Fabien Martinez is efficient, knowledgeable and is the nicest service advisor I have meet. He is a big asset to your service department and company. He deserves a raise ???? Out of all the service dealerships I prefer to go to Right Honda.
