Alan and I have been together for 31 years he is the best service advisor ever I love my Honda and this dealership here is to 31 more years of peace of mind and excellent service

I was waiting for the car to be diagnosed. Tim told me what needed to be done and it would take approx hour&1/2 half or so.after Talking to Mark, I went out to breakfast expecting someone would call when the car was done no one ever called I came back I was in waiting room for1/2 hr when I depi cided to ask if the carwas done.Its now 11:00. I'm not sure when the car was actually done but it would have been nice to have a call if they couldn't find me in the waiting room
