Part of the job was to quiet a rattle that was the result of broken brake caliper. When I drove home after the four wheel brake job, I could still hear a rattle!

I live in notthwest and work on 7th ave in phoenix - 5 minutes from Honda dealer but i always come over Right honda for service - I was very happy with my service specially with the service person - he was very helpful .

Service was quick and efficient
My only complaint is that I made an appointment and my service still took 3 hours. I thoroughly appreciated the shuttle service and amenities though.
a 45 minute fix took 2 hours. My service man , Andrew said to me I’m going to the cashier. Unfortunately he did not ask me to go with him at that time to sign off on the paperwork. After working for a fortune 50 top firm and now being President of my own start up, I find you teams lack of communication to their clients appalling. I hope you will down some time to train them. Was I happy with Right Honda, no. As I bought my car from you several years ago; I will NEVER
return!!
While everyone was very professional and courteous, this appointment took nearly 3 hours to complete. Upon arrival I was told that the wait time was estimated to be 1.5 hours. Very disappointing wait time for a scheduled appointment.
