That night my rear driver side tire went completely flat. A huge construction nail punctured the tire. I see your showroom is under construction right next to the service drive. You might want to check there are no nails in your service driveway.

Over the years, always get great service from Alan in service. Also Gary in Fleet, mgr., sales, great guy to say hi. He started "must have Honda, Great resell and low need of service. He helped me with 4 new cars in .y family. Last car was a Clarity plug-in EV.
Bill Thornton consistently provides great service which keeps me coming back. Too bad th weather/ sunshine did not cooperate so the back window tinting could not be fixed. Suggest Honda figure out a way to heat up the back window to remove the tint instead of relying on the sun in order to do the warranty work so the customer does not have to take off work, return to Right Honda and leave their car for many hours again to have that service done. What do they do in areas where there are not many sunny days? How about improving the window tint so this does not happen?
