Lennon was the best service advisor I’ve ever had. I felt he was truly being honest with me! I will for sure be going back because of him. I was going to stop taking my car to Honda for services because I felt I was being taken advantage of. He changed my opinion and I’ll be back to see him!

Everything was great and I was so appreciative to get a new battery under my warranty. I’m glad they were thorough during my oil change and when they found a problem, fixed it instantly!
Great service as always. Came in for an oil change, they found that there was factory warranty work required. I expected my time to be for an oil change, so could not wait longer. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle so I could get the vehicle work completed and continue with my work day. Nice.

First the car didn't make it halfway home from the dealership before the first malfunction, then another and another. Drive the car back to dealership and while waiting in the service line I get bumped from the car behind me. The car has less than 100 miles and it needs a cruise control switch replaced and it has its first plastic to plastic meeting.I know Honda is not responsible for what happens between their customers but, if the car was checked over maybe a little better before they are sold,I would not have needed to be there in the first place. I am sure your team corrected the problem asap and I appreciate that.

I cannot express my thanks for the excellent service provided. My car was out of warranty, the service team investigated and deemed the issue to a recall that was never addressed by an alternate Honda dealership, Right Honda performed research without any request to discover the issue was related to an older recall. Highest level of honesty and integrity, I will be a customer for life and will highly recommend Right Honda to all family and friends.
