I had the tires rotated and the second time I started my engine the tire pressure warning came on. I’m sure it’s not Dan’s service nor the technicians but I seem to be having more than usual problems with this 2016 Honda civic and it only has 20,500 miles

Ultra expensive but Dan was very nice and accommodating.
We were first told our car was done with the oil change and no problems detected. After waiting over five minutes for the car runner to find our car we were told our car was not ready. We were then told new brakes were needed which we authorized but again when leaving the car runner could not find our car. After waiting for an extended period of time our car was finally brought up. This was our first visit to this dealership and we did not know if this was how things normally go. It seemed unorganized.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The service was completed in a timely fashion.
Alan, my service advisor was wonderful. He was courteous polite knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money. He is a very honest man and your dealership is honest too. I definitely will come back to Right Honda. Thank you.
