After 7 years of only using you for all my work, and even being a repeat customer for a new car, one over zealous effort to get unnecessary billable repairs has spoiled the trust. I guess it was bound to happen eventually.

Rude and not helpful. Came home and hooked phone up by cable and it works. So appears problem is with handshake wireless protocol for some phones and a software bug that affects Motorola 2025 Android phone. Why did the not troubleshoot thoroughly cabled and wirelessly??? Lack of knowledge

TJ my service manager was great. Courteous and professional. The rest of the experience was disappointing. When I arrived TJ was busy with another customer but as I stared at the 4 other guys chatting and standing around behind their desks none would make eye contact with me, one just drumming his fingers bored as can be. They had no customers but couldn’t be bothered to help. As a bonus, I paid for realignment and the car still pulls to the right. $170 well spent.
