Hate yr automated voice when alan mckenna can t answer the phone. I want to talk to him directly. Worst service ever in 20 plus years with alan. Not his fault but yr schedulers were terrible. Oil chsnge took 2 hrs! Why were yu short handed? Inexcuseable! I an thinking of leaving right honda. Call me at ****-****-xxxx. My cell. Will heller 3-16-26 7:26 pm
My car is making a really loud squeaking or scratching noise, may I bring it in? I've never heard the noise prior to the service.
TJ kept me informed about the progress being made on the service of my vehicle. He also let me know the additional cost due to a nail in a tire and the time needed to change the tire and complete a realignment.

But the runners were a disaster
They lost my car couldn’t find the keys and Ivwsited aboutv30 minutes and finally had to go get Ken and he found they parked but outside the service area and left the keys inside so they could not find the keys or the car Ken said he saw them drive it out but didn’t know where they left it. Ken was terrific

Have always been very pleased working with Alan Mckenna in getting my service done on both of my vehicles. He is always helpful and explains any and all work that needed to be done. Today I had a 8:00 appointment and arrived early and all work was completed before 8:00 and Alan explained everything to me that was accomplished.
