Going to Right Honda wa the worst experience I have had. Drop off was perfect.I came to pick up my vehicle and was ignored by two employees having a personal conversation until another employee came and asked if I was being helped.He directed me to the cashier my car was brought to me as I walked to let the person who brought me know the vehicle was ready the painter dropped yellow paint on me. So I left with paint in my hair and on my scrubs. This was my first and last time at Right Honda.Leaving the lot I asked for the managers name and was told I am kinda of new I am not sure.I was on lunch so I tried several times to call and speak with the service department manager Dan was kind enough to hang up on me twice and the third call I was transferred to a voice mail of Andy Sear.I decided as a manager myself if my staff was this horrible I wouldn't return a call so I didn't leave a message. I will warm everyone I come in contact with of the sub standard treatment I received. This experience made me sorry I tried Honda period.
