Daniel was great in explaining the recommended work to be done on my car. I sent him a follow up email and he promptly responded. When possible, I request Daniel as my service coordinator. He is consistently friendly, patient and easy to work with!
Chris did an excellent job as a service writer. He let me know what condition my car was in before taking me to the cashier to pay. Waiting 15 minutes for my car to be brought up was not something I’m used to at Right Honda. I would hope that my car will be more easily found next time.

Came in for a recall airbag problem,
The airbag light was also on, that was never addressed, I would have had the sensor replaced. Was looking for a reliable Honda dealership but felt brushed off since it was only a recall replace and oil change.

Wrong size trailer hitch put on my car- I requested 2" and received the 1.25". Took 3 hours when I was told on the phone it would take 1-1.5 hours.
Fabian has been my service advisor for several years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I always know he will give me good advice on whatever services are needed or recommended, and give me a fair price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. He is the best service advisor ever!!
