Personally plus, exceptional knowledge about the mechanical problem I brought the car in for but also Honda’s legal background regarding previous issues regarding resolutions. Think he went out of his way to immediately help coordinate transportation for me to help with a medical problem with my daughter. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I was happy when they completed for Oil Change. On thing is that I do NOT appreciated mechanic or representative that didn’t clean it up inside my driver side that left junk papers!! I was pissed off and took those papers and throw it away. My car is not a trash. They should be clean it up before I arrive and ready to drive to home. Please tell them to make sure paperwork must be remove inside car before customer arrive. I expect to have next oil change should be free next one.

Just a suggestion for the future. My airbag replacement work left black marks on the interior strip as well as black shoe prints and dirt on my passenger side floor board. I ended up having to make a second trip back to Right to have it cleaned up.
Service Writer should check out the repairs prior to handing off vehicle to customer.

I was going to another Honda dealer in Chandler I was not impressed with them at all. Right Honda, all ways gives me excellent services. I been to the one in gilbert and Tempe, I had bad experiences. Especially the one in gilbert is the wors is only 25 min away from my house. I live in San Tan Valley, I would never go back. I live 1Hr and 15 minutes away from right Honda, is worth the drive. You guys are great,Thank you so much for the great services.
