I received my car without the car wash, I had to tell the guy and they did it but didn't do it appropriately and he excused telling me that it was raining in the morning but I told him that I took the car there after that, I just left because I had stuff to do but I'm not completely satisfied.
I hate anything car maintenance. But thanks to Andrew, coming in for an oil change was bearable. Let’s keep it that way for any more major service. Thank you Andrew.

Every thing went OK with the buying experience. When we tried to Sink my phone to the car it would not except my contacts to the car phone book. It also would not allow me to physically type in the 20 names into the speed dial. I feel this should been preformed by Right Honda Pryor to closing. Now I have to go buy another phone.

we trust him and have referred other Honda owners to him.
But what bothered me as well as another customer while waiting for service is what we observed happened to another customer who was also waiting for her car. Someone from sales approached her about replacing her 2014 Honda with a new car. It was a high pressure sales pitch like I have never imagined that Honda would allow. As soon as he left, the other lady and myself asked her if she really bought into his sales pitch. Fortunately, she didn’t. Said she would never buy a car without talking to her husband. She was in for a B1 service and was concerned when the message displayed on her counsole. When she asked about it, the guy from sales told her ‘We will take care of it’, but didn’t tell her what it was. Condensing since she was an elderly woman. Would be have done that to a guy? No Alan walked in and I asked him what a B1 was since I couldn’t remember off the top of my head. He explained it perfectly to her. That my friends is customer service! Some of your teams members need a refresher course.
What happened to the snacks!!! Crazy that you don’t offer them anymore like the sign in the waiting area states. Funny that there were other people talking about that also as I was waiting. I know most other Honda dealerships in the valley do.

Lennon’s service was over and above expectations. Personally plus, exceptional knowledge about the mechanical problem I brought the car in for but also Honda’s legal background regarding previous issues regarding resolutions. Think he went out of his way to immediately help coordinate transportation for me to help with a medical problem with my daughter. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Think the dealership should be proud of finding someone like him. Think he’ll be moving up the chain of command shortly. Thank you.
