Dan left early but didn’t tell me when he left a message that my car was ready. And I was on hold several times trying to get ahold of him or service dept. Ended up having to scramble to get a ride to get back to dealership by 6 as I did not feel comfortable giving credit card info by phone. Had to request that someone else in service review what was done for my car. This was 30,000 mile service, not just an oil change. So lots was checked and changed and I wanted to be informed. Disappointing

TWO NEGS: I DID WAIT ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE ASKED ME IF I WAS BEING HELPED.
2ND: WHEN ASKED IF I WANTED TIRES ROTATED I REPLIED YES FOR FREE RIGHT? I ASSUMED FREE CZ I HAD A COUPON FROM ANOTHER DEALER THAT WAS FREE. CHRIS RESPONDED 19.95, I WAS SHOCKED AND SHOWED CHRIS THE COUPON AT WHICH POINT HE SAID OK OIL CHANGE N ROTATE FOR $40. I SAID NO. IF THE OTHER DEALER COULD DO IT FOR FREE SO COULD YOU.
OK I SAID 2 BUT JUST REMEMBERED A 3RD.
CHRIS COMES TO ME N SAYS YEAH YOU NEED TWO FILTERS 35 N 55ISH. I JUST LAUGHED AND SAID NO THANKS CZ I DIDNT JUST FALL OFF A TURNIP TRUCK AND AT MY AGE IVE BEEN AROUND THE BLOCK A FEW OR TWENTY TIMES. IT REALLY IS INSULTING.

JUST ONE MORE THING: THIS IS NOT SPECIFIC TO YOUR LOCATION OR EVEN HONDA, BUT WHAT IS WITH EVERY SERVICE DEBT IVE EVER HAD CONTACT WITH THEY ALL HAVE THIS ATTITUDE OF THEY RE DOING ME!!! A FAVOR INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND THE ACTUAL REALITY OF THAT I/WE ARE DOING YOU THE FAVOR!!? WHICH WE ARE. I WOULD BUY LUNCH FOR ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION.

Dan handled everything for me except for a furtive but annoying rattle in the dash behind the steering wheel which disappears whenever I arrive to have it taken care of.

Bill was wonderful, very easy to talk with and he inspired confidence that the recall to replace the driver side air bag would go well. I had an appointment for 7am, and all work was completed by 7:45am. I am highly satisfied and happy with the service I received.
