The service that Bill provides me is great. He always keeps me informed of what the inspection shows and the recommended service. I never feel pressured and I always trust what he recommends needs to be taken care of does need service or replacement. I also appreciate that right Honda provides a loaner car. This makes such a difference and makes getting my car serviced so much less stressful. Thank you

I was in for service on May 23rd and requested that my tires be rotated among other requests. On the service papers the tires were marked as rotated. As the days went on, I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I also responded to Katie Biers via email and have not received a response via email
