The service was excellent and very prompt.
I was the only person in line and nobody came to help me. Then there were three more cars in line after me and they were all being helped. Finally someone walked by my car and asked if someone was helping me and I said no. He looked surprised because he looked at the people behind me all receiving assistance. He sent someone over right away. I’m sure it was just a fluke because that’s never happened before and I’ve bought 3 or 4 cars from you and always bring my car in for maintenance and/or repair.
Good job as always. Advisors tell you different things so it's best to talk to more than one before getting work done. Thanks

Bill is excellent. The main reason we stay with right Honda is because of Bill. He’s knowledgeable and puts customer satisfaction before all else. We bought b both of our Honda’s at right Honda and have them services only by Bill. We avoid bills days off to make sure only he takes care of them!

Mr. Organ was a gentleman and I appreciated his help. The office staff was also very kind. My issue stems from the belief that when I submitted to a $2500 preventative maintenance visit, that the vehicle would be highly functional at a minimum for the next several thousand miles. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case and my wife was left stranded with a car that wouldn’t perform. Mind you, this was a vehicle that wasn’t experiencing any issues prior to having it “serviced” at Right Honda. The experience leaves me with an unsettling feeling that the other performed repairs and inspection could also have been substandard.
