I’m not complaining but the first thing I noticed is that the car was dirty. It was noticeably when the lot attendant pulled my car around. I asked if you washed it and he said yes. He said he could take it back and re do it. But who has time to sit around and wait for that. Also when I was driving the rear window had wipes marks from each side. I could see where they dried the rear window cause the center was left untouched. I know it’s a complimentary car wash but if your going to do and offer it do it right. That’s all. Thanks.

Not every advisor in service department at Right Honda is trustworthy from my own experience. I won’t tell the name of the guy who lied to me but he is still at Right Honda. I know I can trust Mr. Fabian Hernandez. He certainly is an asset to your company.

My a.c. stopped working on my 2017 civic. As a 2 yr old car and still under warranty, I had expected my repair to be covered completely or of a nominal payment. Alan was helpful to try to accommodate me, though I feel the cost was high for what I feel should've been covered. Ac now works. Thank you...
