When I arrived all of the car runners just stood there vs trying to get an advisor for me and once some cars arrived behind me they went to help them before helping me. The service itself was quick and well taken care of. Once completed my advisor came and told me I needed new tires and a new battery. I explained I was going to discount tire and when I came to the battery he didn’t golfer any info. On the way home I called a Honda dealership close to my home where I previously bought a battery and they advised me that it was 140 with 3 year full warranty with proration your 8 years. If that was offered by my service I would of taken care of that at that moment so I don’t have to come again.
Dan always treats me with respect and courtesy. I wouldn’t trust my Honda to anyone else.

When the line to get checked in gets longer than 2-3 cars there should be a parking que to get checked in. Sitting in the heat for 15 minutes just to pull forward to get checked in was less than desirable.

The service took almost three hours. You did not charge us for the oil change which w was the was appreciated. My wife was also pulled aside by Mario from sales to try and get us to trade in our car. Completely unimpressed by that move. We don't need to come to you for service. If we are hassled by sales again we won't come back for service.
I was pleased with the complete service, as well as the cost.

My only complaint this time around is that I waited for my car for about 2 hours. That has never happened before AND my car was not even washed.
