It took 3hours and 20mins to do my oil change during that time I learned a valuable lesson. Never go to your dealer ship on Saturday… other than that you guy’s do good work

I made a mistake and thought I scheduled my appt for the day I received service. My appt was a week later, but your boys at Right Toyota still got me in and delivered on all my requests.
3 hours for a battery to be replaced is ridiculous. Didn’t receive any notice until I went to the service department & even then didn’t get any kind of explanation as to why the long delay. Christopher Browning made the car service experience one to forget. Never going to Right Toyota for anything again.
Shuttle service never arrived so I took an uber after waiting well over 1 1/2 hours. Then, never got a call telling me my truck was finished. Lastly, your phone system sux! I called several times trying to find out if my truck was finished. Every time, I was put on hold by a machine, then went to voice mail. Never got a returned call and service closed. I picked my truck up on the next day and told the service writer about my experience….. sure! I was told he was sorry but frankly, I don’t think he gave a damn. I highly doubt I will be back or buy from right Toyota again. Very frustrating!
David ( and the young mechanic who inspected my car) were super courteous and answered all my questions . Very happy so far .
Not Roger’s fault or any other staff, who are all awesome. New systems used in service dept weren’t working well and this resulted, in my mind. , in a 4 hour repair for oil change and rear differential service. In the past this took half the time. I’m sure this will work itself out.

Great service, Enrique was very helpful. New computer system seems to have some glitches though. The inspection report never populated on the website/portal.
Jackson **** is superb at his job. He’s trustworthy, hard-working, always in a good mood and incredibly competent and talented. He is and should be on the fast track for bigger and better things.
