My onboard computer hasn't worked since I picked up my car.I can't believe tech did not notice this as it was working before

Service rep was great. Technicians on the other hand were abysmal. I had a seatbelt changed for warranty, as it didn’t retract any longer. When I first got my truck back I noticed the entire B-pillar trim was hanging off. My service guy got me scheduled to return. After the return trip, the b pillar is secure, but there are now black smudges all over my head liner and the plastic trim. Seems like there is no care, ownership or quality control checks taking place. Which is insane given how much right Toyota goes through to photograph and analyze cars coming into service.. might want to add some scanners on the way out too!
I believe my satisfaction may be a result of the new technology/systems. The employees seemed to be struggling with the changes, which is to be expected initially.

Came in for an 11:45am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not leave there 4:00pm. by about 2:30 PM, the people that were waiting before me and the people that came in right when I got in we’re gone before me. along with people coming in and leaving again before me I think that’s just ridiculous that I was waiting for a tire rotation and a oil change for four hours.
Lucas was great! Attentive and a kind disposition. I appreciated how happy he was first thing in the morning!
David Banda was awesome and handled all of my issues as expected.
We'll definitely go back to Wright for service. And, for a new vehicle if we ever need one.
