Chris Browning was an amazing Service Writer. Got the Service done quickly for me & fixed the problem quickly after the service. 10 of 10. Nathan Shamayev was incredible with getting me going where I needed to be without directions or gps. He also gave great conversation on the drive.

I dropped my car off at 715am, at my appointment time. I let them know I would need my car back by 230pm to pick my kids up from school. I am a single mom and don’t have other options. I was reassured no problem. I called at 12pm bc I hadn’t heard anything and was told I would get a call back. At 115 I still hadn’t heard so I called again and demanded I speak with someone and MY CAR HADNT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED!!!!! The advisor Derek then made it seem like he was doing me such a huge favor by “getting it in front of other cars”…. I will NEVER come back. I had to scramble to try to find someone to get my kids because I didn’t have my car in time to get my kids.

Matt was very helpful with giving me his personal number to call him to set up a service appointment. I had lost the keys to my car and he was very helpful coordinating getting my car to Right Toyota and helping me to get new keys made. I really appreciate when the service agent already offers and applies the coupons that are possible.
Orlando was very nice and professional waited on me as soon as he could. Messaged me with updates and notifications promptly.. The only information that was wrong is it said my tank was empty and I had 160 miles till empty. Everything else was accurate and professionally done.
I was quickly greeted and checked in for my service. I was notified via text when the service was complete and Derok reviewed what was done. The process felt very efficient and I was very pleased with the overall experience.
