The following are posts I sent to your Facebook Messenger during today’s visit… For an oil change and a tire rotation it should NOT take 2.5 hours and counting… What is the point of having an appointment? This behavior by your organization shows a total lack of respect towards your customer base and demonstrates a “money first” behavior that you should be embarrassed about. I live just outside of Queen Creek and drove here for this simple service because I purchased my Highlander here. Tell me that I made the “Right” decision by not going to a Toyota dealership more local to me in Mesa or Gilbert? This is ridiculous! ——————- Three hours and forty five minutes to get my vehicle. Danny Vick needs to contact me. ————————- To answer your question, David Marentes didn’t staff for the day, I’m sure. He didn’t overbook for the day, I’m sure. He didn’t accept too many walk-in services during that time, I’m sure. My experience with David was fine. Everything else seemed to be ridiculously sad.
