My car only needed a tire rotation and oil change, but the service advisor was very professional and courteous, and got the job done and the least amount of time possible. We were very happy with the results.

We had never met each other before as this was the first time I had ever brought my car in. Lucas was very pleasant, answered all my questions, and described the Toyota Car Care program - which I knew nothing about. He also suggested what I might do to address my recall concerns and a door rattle. I appreciated his advice and opinions.

I had an appt at 9:45 and it took 2.5 hours to do a tire rotation which is absolutely insane.

Upon leaving, Car Valet could not locate my car keys. Then after waiting for quite awhile, wrong car was delivered to me. After waiting again, I received my car. While leaving parking lot I noticed malfunction message. I returned to valet, but he was unable to correct anything. I was told to park and go inside to service rep. I would have thought Valet person would have done that for me. My service rep immediately took care of situation, and all was good. I have been a Toyota customer for several years with several different cars.

Notification not received re completion. Key went missing for around 40 minutes turned out. The tech had it in his pocket. I am reconsidering where to take my prius in the future.
