Horrible experience and garbage customer service from the start. Matt showed zero friendliness or understanding. In fact he seemed quite annoyed that I was even there. You had my 4runner over 9 days and Matt gave me an update one time! Had to escalate it to Danny and his communication was good for two days until I asked him to email me the quote for repair, then crickets. I will never return. When it says you guys have an award winning service department it must mean for the worst one ever!

Took way too long. I had an appt booked at 1115, and it was almost 3 hours to get this done. If someone has an appt it should take no more than and hour, at most.
