Just let you know though there was a previous one of your advisors I had worst experience of my whole 30 years owning a Toyota and had at least 10 other Toyota advisors at various dealerships as I am a Toyota lifer owner
It took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, that is unacceptable.
the line to get in the first time i tried went to the street and was barely moving. much better yesterday but has me worried about any future appointments.

We have bought 3 cars from you and been coming to you for service for years.
3 times the maintenance light has not been reset.
For the younger people they probably just do it themselves but for seniors, not so electronically smart. It is a pain to bring the vehicle back in.
Maybe all around reminder for someone to catch that. Merry Christmas.
Service dented it and wife not happy. No one called back yesterday
I had a scheduled appointment at 8:15am. I waited for hours with no update. After finding a sales person I was told that my car is still in que waiting to be looked at. I ended leaving with no repair work done. I spent a total of 4 hours with a list of what needed to be done. I wanted the work done that day. I will now have to come back or go somewhere else to get the work done. It was disappointing. I had Tim in the past and he was great. There were way too many cars and probably not enough people to handle the high volume.
Cody was very nice and professional. Cody took good care of my car.
Junior communicates on the highest level to me as an customer. His personal attention to my car and my needs are five star.
