One thing I didn’t know, seems Toyota does not wash vehicles during service trips. If there is an option to have vehicles washed and detailed in service visits…that would be amazing…..if an option to pay for such would be nice. Love my new truck but a little spoiled from Mercedes for most of my life. Chris was great…it was my first meeting with him. I hope to keep him as my rep and not get shuffled around. Thanks

Derek Roach kept my car over night without notifying me via text or call. Would not return my call when I phone at 530p. Left for the day and my car was there over night for a battery change. Very in2convenient.

One minor comment - car returned with spare showing flat also would love to have car washed before returned to me . I’d even pay for that service! Lucas was awesome ! Thank you
