Service was exceptional, I thought my vehicle was under a free oil change warranty for a certain amount of time. Is there anyone that can make the effort to reach out to me and update me on that service I paid for?

They are the reason I continously keep coming back to Right Toyota. Not only do they give me their honest, undevided attention when it comes to all 3 of my Toyotas. They are fair and reasonable with service advise and suggestions without trying to gouge or upset me on maintance and understand what needs immediate attention and what is cautionary preventative maintance. I truly feel like they treat me like they would treat their family and I have confidence in all their suggestions and recommendations. This doesn't go without also recognizing the leadership of Alfonso De La Cruz ad well. It starts at the top and Daniel Vick exhibits all the Leadership skills, qualities, and abilities of what a true leader is!!!

Not regarding the representatives that helped me but online I was allowed to schedule this appt time and wanted to get the recall done as well but was told it was too late for it, I wish I was told this when scheduling the appt.
The service dept did not complete one of the tasks they were supposed to and that was to reset the infotainment system. I am really busy and haven't had a moment to even call and tell them. It's a real problem because I can't take an overhead call when I'm driving
Orlando is truly is the best. He always goes above and beyond. I appreciate him and I hope he is valued as an employee for you guys.
