The service attendant that was supposed to handle my car was nowhere to be found when I went to pick it up. I waited an extra 15 mins and just asked someone else to help me. I believe her was outside. I also felt very uncomfortable because the car before was talking with a service attendant and they called him an idiot after smiling at him and helping him into his car.
Made me wonder what they could say about me after I leave. Just not a good look in my opinion when a groupe of kids working in the back are all talking about a customer in-front of other paying customers
I called Roger about whether I’d get a loaner for my service (which he said would take more than a half day). Roger said he is unsure of the rules, and that it’s the rental department’s job. I called the rental department and they said Roger could print me a ticket/voucher/QR-code/etc which would enable them to give me a loaner. When I show up, I ask Roger for the ticket/voucher to get the loaner and Roger says “well, your service doesn’t qualify for a loaner; that only applies to recalls and services that are estimated to take more than 8 work hours for our technicians”…..
I really wish Roger would have said that over the phone so he didn’t waste my time and $60 of my money.
Regardless, a 6 hour service should include a loaner vehicle.
