Tim is fantastic!!! But this will be my last Toyota . I have been driving Toyotas since 1978 . My last 4 were 4 runner limiteds .
The below adequate paint job on my latest 4 runner limited was pathetic ! Zero concern or a remedy to fix this situation … so I am sorry to say I am totally turned off .
Cody is the best! Great to have him as my go to and has been an absolute pleasure working with him on all our Toyotas over the years. Always incredibly friendly, professional and trustworthy. He is fantastic and I refer him specifically any chance I get.

i received poor communication throughout my entire experience and when trying to call back today after my appointment to say my steering wheel now shakes at 45mph when it did not before i dropped it off. i left a message and waiting for a return call. i will call back in the morning if i don’t hear back from anyone. thank you.

Cody Swaine listened to my concerns and was absolutely fair in his explanation and solution to my problem. He scheduled quickly and was accurate in his estimate of time of repairs. Due to commitments I had he offered a rental car and had it set up the morning of the repair. He was flexible and nonjudgmental in his solution to my problem. I hope to have him as my service advisor in the future although I have always been treated with curtesy and respect by all your service representatives. L Austin

Service was great except I thought the service appointment comes with a courtesy car wash and vacuum? It has every other time, but not this time.

I am extremely pleased with the service that Chris Browning has given! He is a man of integrity, and always shows his desire to do what's right for me (which I would then assume he does for all his advisees.) He is one who builds trust for the company for which he works! I truly hope that he is given proper recognition for his impeccable dedication!
