I was very happy with the services provided and the timely manner it was done in.
First the fact that the car didn't alert for maintenance until it was past the 25K mark is frustrating if that was the final check point. 2nd the communication from the dealership seems to be lacking. After I placed a call back to get more detail is only when I found out what was due and why. This is just as much Toyota's fault as the dealership but lately communication from this Service Dept has been getting worse. The only advisor that I trust anymore is David Banda so I will just have to schedule to his availability going forward
The service itself was fine, but we had two issues. First, we dropped our car off at 8:45 and then received a text at 10:30 stating that our car was ready. When we returned at about 1:30 we were told the car was not ready. Instead of waiting, we drove to a store and it turned out that our car was not ready for almost another 40 minutes. Then when we showed up to get the car, they could not find the car and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for it to be found.

Orlando was amazingly helpful! The representative who was scheduled with me wasn't there and Orlando graciously took me on which was so relieving since it meant I didn't get up super early for nothing haha. I was very appreciative of his level of customer service.
I specifically asked that no air be put in my tires as they always put too much - but they put air in my tires anyway...
Work order stated the air pressure of the tires were set to 36 all around. Actually they were 30 30 30 and 27.
