David was amazing. The first time that I felt not pressured into doing the recommended service. In the past it mad me fell uncomfortable. Thanks to David I feel comfortable talking with him and the service he recommended and I will continue to get my car service there because of him.
I made an appointment online with Roger Terp 5 days before service. He was on vacation when I showed up. Your software should have known that.
So someone assigned me to a different service person who, it turned out, was out to lunch. So I had to wait while other customers came after me and were processed before me.
Jackson was great! My first time at your dealership and he explained everything.
One comment - the -quiet room' is not very quiet when your staff is constantly honking as they bring completed cars for customers. Don't know why they honk but surely there is a better way. Also no signage in the hall for the restrooms.
Excellent thorough and expedient
For it being a Friday and being busy when we pulled up, they got us checked in and was shown to the lounge area while our vehicle was being prepared to go serviced. We got there about 45 minutes before our appointment but was still taken care of.
