I sat there for over five hours. He just left me in the lurch. He told me that the recall sw load would take some time and that they were running behind schedule. He just left his desk. I tried to find out what was going on. I had to go to another service rep to see what was going on. He asked me to provide my phone number. He went to my service reps desk and pulled my record. He told me my tundra was ready. I finally got my truck. The service I received sucked. I am little pissed. Give me a call and we can discuss. I am not a Tundra fa right now.

I left the dealership and noticed that my tires pressure on all were in the 29 ranges. My work order paper work stated they’re set at 36. I live in Gilbert and had to stop at Costco to fill them up to a safe level for my long trip back home.
Next time I think I need to check anything done prior to leaving; it’s a repeating thing. Maybe from the quoted 2 hours to only maybe 45 minutes it seems it was rushed.
