Lucas, I got to say you rock man. I didn't even have this level of service when I had $120,000 Lexus LC 500 with North Bell Lexus on the 101 & Scottsdale. No one ever took care of me and treated me like a valued Customer as you have. So I appreciate that and all the help in getting me in and out today.

Tried to get me to pay for service that I had quotes for already for over $1000 less than what your service department wanted me to pay. I will never go back to the Toyota service department after my prepaid maintenance is complete.

My car was put in the system as completed so I got a phone call that my car was ready. They were unable to find my keys and eventually realized the car is still being worked on so I was told an additional 20-30 minutes. It had already been 2 hours. So I continue to wait another 45 minutes and go back to check in to see if my car is ready since It had been awhile. I go check and one of the staff members goes into the maintenance area and does not see my car being worked so he checks the stand for all the keys and see it hanging there indicating it was ready for pickup. The staff and I were basically completely unaware for how long the car had been finished and parked waiting for pick up as they didn’t notify the staff for them to notify me it was fully done due to the mistake earlier of it being put in the system as finished.
