I would like to recognize my service advisor, Lucas Rolland for the outstanding customer service he provided during my recent vehicle repair. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
He went above and beyond to make the repair process with my a/c as smooth and stress-free as possible, including helping me secure a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued as a customer.
It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a sincere commitment to customer care. His kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. Because of his efforts, my experience was far better than I expected!!! Thank you Lucas, I appreciate you!

Every service appointment always turns into 1 million things wrong with my vehicle or need to be addressed when I know they don’t so I thought something is actually wrong or actually needs attention. Your customers don’t believe the thing your service advisors have to tell them.
